Angie’s Famous
Scrambled Toaggs and Cheese

That's right Toaggs! Which means it's both eggs and toast at the same time. This recipe is not only fun to make, you will find it fun to eat as well. Eggs are not just for breakfast they can be eaten any time of the day. Angie loves eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner – this is just one of the ways she loves to cook them::

* 4 eggs
* 3 slices of American cheese

* 4 tsp. of margarine or butter
* Salt and Pepper

* 2 slices of you favorite bread

1) With help from an adult crack the 4 eggs into a bowl. Throw the shells in the sink or garbage. With a fork – stir the eggs until the yellow is completely mixed with the whites.

2) Unwrap the 3 cheese slices and throw away the plastic wrappers. Take two of the cheeses and break them into little pieces and drop them into the bowl. Take the third piece and drop that one into your mouth, which will eventually drop into your tummy! Stir with a fork or use a whisk to mix the eggs and the cheese together. Mix them really good. Take bread and poke a big hole in each slice. Take out about 1/2 of the middle of the bread part leaving the crust.

3) Ask the adult who is helping you to heat up a frying pan (preferably non-stick) on the stove for you. Tell that person to heat the pan on medium heat.

4) When the pan is heated put the 4 teaspoon of margarine or butter into the pan and place the bread flat in the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes or golden brown. Then turn over.

5) Then very carefully pour in the egg and cheese mixture into the hole of each piece of bread. The eggs might spill out of the hole, but that's ok because it's still good. Cook the toaggs for a few minutes. Ask your adult helper to show you when the eggs are done and then turn the toaggs over and cook a little longer to make sure the toaggs are done. Once the toaggs are done – put them on your favorite plate. There will be enough toaggs for 2 kids. So if you have a sibling (brother or sister) they can join in on the terrific breakfast you cooked!

6) Once the eggs are on a plate you may sprinkle with a touch of salt and pepper – or a little ketchup. Hey! Don’t knock the Ketchup until you try it.

These tools are high quality and very durable and most definitely not a play set; they are real cooking utensils for little hands.
