Chicken
& Biscuits

Ingredients:
4
to 6 Boneless chicken breasts
Store
bought biscuit mix, such as Bisquick
1/4
teaspoon of paprika
1/2
teaspoon Italian seasoning
A dash of salt and pepper
1/4
cup butter/margarine (1/2 stick)
1
gallon size plastic bag (zip-lock bags are the best)

Get
all your ingredients ready.
2.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and make sure the oven rack is on
the middle level.
3.
In a 9 inch, square baking pan, on stovetop, melt all but 2
tablespoons of butter at a low heat. Use pot-holders to move the
butter around so the entire bottom of pan is coated then set aside.
4.
Rinse chicken with cold water, and then pat dry with a paper
towel. In a plastic bag pour 1 and 1/2 cups of biscuit mix, paprika,
Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Close bag tightly and shake
the dry mixture until mixed. Drop chicken into bag and shake until
coated with mix. Place chicken in baking pan; repeat until all chicken
has been coated. Wash your hands.
5.
Cut remaining butter into small cubes equivalent to the number
of pieces of chicken you are making, place a small cube of butter
on top of each piece of chicken. Bake, uncovered for about 30 minutes.
6.
Biscuits: Prepare biscuits as directed on the Mix.
Serve
with vegetable of choice or tossed green salad.
