Chocolate
Fondue
12
ounces semisweet gourmet chocolate such as Ghirardelli or Gittard
1 cup heavy cream
Dipping stuff: vanilla wafers, strawberries, graham crackers, pound
cake, bananas, apples, pan de leche bread,
1.Gather
all your ingredients and tools (a small sauce pan, a measuring cup
and a spoon).

In the saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat, stirring a lot.

Once chocolate is almost melted slowly add cream in 3 batches, and
keep stirring until smooth.
4.
When the chocolate and cream are mixed and smooth, then pour into
a fondue pot and serve with dipping stuff. If you do not have a
fondue pot then serve the fondue in the pot you made it in and place
it on a hot pad. Make sure you tell everyone to be careful because
the pan is hot!
