Happy Hot Chocolate

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
3 teaspoons sugar
4 drops of vanilla
dash of salt
1-2 teaspoons water
about 1 cup of milk
10-15 mini marshmallow's
measuring spoons
microwave safe mug or coffee cup

1. Assemble all your tools and ingredients.

2. In mug, mix sugar, cocoa, salt, vanilla and water until it looks like chocolate syrup.

3. Place mug in the microwave and cook on high for 15 seconds.

4. While stirring slowly pour enough milk to fill the cup, leaving about 1/4 of an inch from the rim. Mix well.

5. Return to the microwave and cook on high for about 1 minute 40 seconds. Stir and taste. Be careful! It may be very hot. If it's not hot enough, return the mug to the microwave and cook for another 30 seconds.

6. Add marshmallow's. Stir and serve!
