Yummy Lemon Bars

2 1/2 cups lemon cake mix
1/2 cup margarine, melted
4 eggs
8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
cooking spray
2 medium size bowls
spoon
electric mixer

1. Start by gathering all your cooking tools and ingredients. Then preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a medium size, microwave safe bowl, melt margarine for 30 seconds in microwave. Then add the cakes mix, and 1 egg. Mix well with a spoon.

3. Lightly spay a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Then spread mixture evenly in pan.

4. With an electric mixer on medium speed in a medium size bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and eggs until light and creamy.

5. Pour over cake mixture. Bake about 25 minutes or until light brown.

Once the Yummy Lemon Bars are cooled cut into bars and serve. If you want, you can dust lightly with powdered sugar.
