Shipping Policy It's
true...we provide FREE ground shipping. If you are willing to
wait 7-10 business days, we are willing to pick-up the ground
shipping tab.
Currently,
only our Custom Labeled Wine by Windsor does not include free
ground shipping. We do not actually accept funds for the wine
because we do not have a license to do so. There are many federal
laws and licenses regarding shipping alcohol, so we leave it
up to the experts at Windsor Vineyards.
Most
of our products have no shipping boundaries. However, certain
items, such as perishable or made to order products, can only
be shipped on certain days of the week which is stated in the
description where necessary.
Overnight
Express orders must be placed before 10 AM Pacific
Standard Time (PST) Monday thru Thursday in order to be shipped
that day. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following
Monday excluding holidays.
Express
Shipping (delivery within 3-4 business days) orders
must be placed before 3 PM PST in order to be shipped that day.
Otherwise, orders received after 3 PM PST will be processed
and shipped the next business day.
